About Me

Ani Ross Grubb is a graduate of the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and the Paul Merage School of Business at the University of California, Irvine. She has a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior. She is an organizational development and leadership expert with 12 years of experience in organizational behavior and learning and development as an adjunct professor, coach, and doctoral researcher. She has extensive experience writing and presenting material for leadership, management, and professional skills, as well as research experience with data collection, administration, and analysis. Ani’s research focuses on unethical behavior in the workplace, with a special focus on revenge. She has worked with students at the graduate and undergraduate level at Wharton, UC Irvine, and Boston College. She is also a writing coach at Academic Ladder.
